We get in the habit of thinking the same thoughts, over and over, and creating the same experience, over and over. Today, when you become aware of a thought that is not what you want to experience in your life, change it. You may like to have your favorite quote ready, a song to hum or whatever, but create an environment condusive to your desire to "re-focus".
For example, if you see someone whom creates a thought of jealousy, learn from this experience. Jealousy is the belief you hold of yourself, of not being good enough or unworthiness. This thought is one of low frequency as it creates a restriction of the truth. The frequency of jealously is always available to us, if we choose to focus on it. Instead, see the emotion as one to learn from, to learn more about the truth of who you are. If the thought feels bad, it is not the truth. Think of the opposite meaning of that low emotion and dwell on that emotion, for it will most certainly make you feel good, reflecting its truth through your good feeling thought.
So today, if a circumstance arises in your life which makes you feel a strong lower emotion, ask yourself, what is this reflecting to me? What belief do I need to change?
Be mindful today. When the low frequency thought comes, refuse to focus on it, but instead, focus on the opposite of it where hate becomes love, frustration becomes patience and anger becomes joy. We can change the world, but we each must start with ourselves, in this very moment. Watch miracles happen.
