All frequencies are available to you in every moment, wanted and unwanted.
It's like swimming in a large ocean, there are a plethora of different fish. There are some you don't mind swimming with and some you would rather not attract to yourself as you know they may cause you harm or a missing limb (sharks!). You can attract the fish to yourself just by thinking about them. So, the ones you think about swim near and around you and the ones you choose not to think about do not even appear in your vision. In this scenario, we would become very mindful of which fish we thought about, which fish we attracted into our experience, right?
Silly scenario but, in essence, very truthful. This is likened to the sea of energy we live in. Our thoughts attract to us the wanted and unwanted depending on which thoughts we chose to think about. "Stinky Thinkin' attracts "stinky" and unwanted things.
No one can tell you how to feel. No one can tell you what to think. It is your choice. We are not our thoughts only choosers of the thoughts. Which thoughts have you chosen to think about?
How did you start your day? Were you aware and mindful of the thoughts you were thinking when you awoke? Think back for a moment. Reflect on your thoughts and the actions resulting from the frequencies of those thoughts. What happened when you chose stinky thinking? A friend of mine called today and we laughed as she told me about burning her hand on her hair straightener and then slamming her cell phone in the car door (no, it didn't survive!) She admitted she had been doing some stinky thinkin'. She was amazed at how quickly her stinky thinkin manifested unwanted experiences into her life.
