It is possible to re-program our conditioned beliefs. Some beliefs are beneficial such as knowing not to drink the household cleaner or not to drive into oncoming traffic, etc. . . as this will cause something we do not want to experience. We have also been conditioned to believe thoughts of prejudice, fear and lack through media, words and more. We have been taught we must go "outside" of ourselves to be happy. But do we realize the conditioned beliefs we have been taught can also be re-learned?
We will offer an analogy of baking. A recipe is followed in order to accomplish a desired result; a delicious cake. We are following the direction of someone else's experience of success. Have you ever watch someone in your life who is experiencing the kind of life you want to live? Do they have abundance in all things? Love, wealth, health and wisdom? Someone who seems to have it all? Have we been conditioned to believe that wealth is a selfishness and so we judge the person? Do we try to find fault in them to prove to ourselves that they are not deserving when in essence, this experience is reflecting to us our own belief of unworthiness. This person has not taken your abundance as we have been conditioned to believed, they are reflecting their own. The Universe is all abundance, for everyone. Judgement creates a filter where we choose to "see" unworthiness and we then chose that emotion, creating more of it in our own lives.
These experiences are reflecting to us a teaching, a teaching we have called for. When we judge the experience, we lose the teaching and will, then experience the lesson again. This is a cycle, one which we can break by losing the conditioned belief that all who are wealthy are crooked or undeserving. Instead, follow their recipe. Learn from their experience. Watch how they respond to situations. What emotions are they choosing? These emotions are directing their mental body creating miraculous experiences but really, they are reflecting the kind of world they want to live in and experience by first thinking with their emotional body. We become our thoughts.
We offer, today, some different ways to re-program the brain back to the remembrance that all we are offered, in terms of emotions, are given to us today and in this very moment. We have the free will to chose the emotion which will then reflect itself back to us. So, in any situation, do not judge it, instead look into how it makes you feel. Do you like the feeling? If not, choose one you like from the same situation, see what happens.
We have been conditioned to believe we must think and make decisions based on our mental body, the one which sees, hears, feels the things in reality. Our mental body was never meant to make decisions, only to physically respond and be the "doer" of the emotional body. An example is when we see someone who is hurting, maybe they just experienced a loss, something which has created an energy of sadness. Think back to a time in your life where you were a part of this experience. Usually, our emotional body is automatic in its response, wanting to send the energy of love through compassionate words or a physical act of a hug. This response is the emotional body knowing what to do, then the mental body does its biding in reflecting the emotional body's desire. This is the most compassionate and benevolent response in healing ourselves and each other. Love, the emotion of the heart.
Today, start to examine the experiences in your life. What teaching have you called for? Do not respond with a pre-conditioned emotion of judgement but instead choose a different recipe. After all, it is your cake.
We send love and light.
