What thoughts do you have that include fear? Money? Of not being loved? Acceptance? Disease? Poor health? Not smart enough? Welcome to the club, for you are not alone.
Let's clarify what thoughts of fear can do for us.
When a fearful thought comes into our mind, or consciousness, we have a choice to make. Do we dwell on this thought and focus on it, watching it grow and create visualizations of the "what ifs" creating bigger fear? Do we bury it back into our minds and try to refocus on something happier?
When fear invades your thoughts take a moment to face it. When we stop to examine the fear we are actually creating a clearer picture in our minds of the lives we want to live, without fear. We are the creators of our lives.
Fear is there to help us clarify this process. Fear is a truth out of balance.
The truth of us: we are a consciousness of God. God is in us and we move and have our being through God. God never says "NO". Whatever we ask for, we get, regardless if it's good or bad. This is free will. The creation process starts in this consciousness of God, our consciousness. We are one with God, there is no separation.
For example, if we have a fear of not having enough money, usually our thoughts are ones of lack. Over and over we worry about bills, groceries, the mortgage, rent, etc. We must realize, that in this focus, we are letting our consciousness create this lack, for we are focusing on it and visualizing it. We are declaring the truth of God is lack because "I don't have enough." The moment you declare you are "something" you are declaring God to be the same. God is in you. We are keeping the frequency of lack active in our consciousness, our consciousness with God who gives us what we are thinking about, God never says "NO". We are actually creating more of it.
Instead, the moment a fearful thought enters your mind, change your perspective. Decide that fear will not be your truth but instead your gift. When the fear of not having enough money comes into your mind change it to a truth. Change it to what you want to have in your life. Change it to reflect what you know God to be. One technique to change the low frequency thought of fear is with affirmations.

So, when a fearful thought enters your consciousness, your mind, it's creating an awareness of a truth "out of whack". Fear is not the truth of God. Say an affirmation of what you do want using the fearful thought to create with clarity.
