Here’s an example.
A young man lost his legs in an accident. He believed he was now destined to be disabled in all things, disabled in his opportunities to work, disabled in his opportunities to find a wife and disabled in his ability to live the life he wanted to live. He contemplated suicide. His perception of himself as less than a man was now being manifested into his life. His thought of being disabled created an emotion of apathy creating an action of sloth. This created his world. The vibration of his state created and drew more of the same to his life.
Each time he did something, he did it with an underlying thought of inadequacy and disability. He did not love his true self, the Creator within him. His physical body reality was different from what he had previously known and he focused only on the lack of its abilities. What he didn’t remember is his higher self, the Creator, within him was the same as always and was very capable of attaining his goals even though the physical reality of his body had changed.
After many years of living in a small apartment with a limited disability check to barely cover expenses, the man decided to change his mind about the life he wanted to live. He started to appreciate the body he had, one with arms and a face, with health, and a mind. He began to love his true self. He stopped focusing on the outside and started focusing on the inside.
By realizing his true self, this man was able to change his reality by changing his imagination. He imagined himself doing the things he had always wanted to do. He changed his state of thought to a higher vibration as he realized his true self is one with his Creator. His emotions now reflected this higher thought and it reflected in the actions he took. He began to do what he believed he could do. He began creating a new life.
This man is now a personal trainer with hundreds of clients. He skydives, surfs and loves to enjoy the finer things in life.
He says, “In a way, losing my legs was a blessing. It changed the way I looked at life and what I wanted to do in my life. I don’t know if I would have been doing all the things I love to do if I had not realized who I really was. I am not defined by my physical body. I am defined by my true self. I am a creator. I created, and continue to create, the life I want to live.”
And a final comment he adds, “Your outside world is a direct reflection of your inside world.”
Thank you for spending your time here.
We wish you happy creating.
