Consciousness is an energy. We are energy, a vibration of the Creator. Inside of us IS the Creator.
We must think on this.
If a prayer group or meditation group gathers to pray for a noble cause such as the less fortunate, world peace, healing the planet, pray for rain, world hunger, end to wars, etc. . . their prayers usually are ones of asking, wishing or requesting a solution. What we must realize is that inside of us IS the Creator.
We create our world by the thoughts we choose, our emotions and actions. We are creators, too.
What if we prayed like the ancient civilizations prayed? When the Native American Indians wanted rain, they preformed rain dances. Stay with me. Not that I'm thinking we need to create dances for each desire, but these rain dances never "requested" anything. Instead, these rain dances "created" the rain.
By "creating" the rain, we are speaking of their realization of their abilities to create. Their abilities of the Creator within them. Their faith in the ability to creator.
"Ask and it is given." But in order to receive what we want we must have faith and believe. "Faith is believing what you cannot see." (St. Augustine) Visualization helps strengthen faith as it accustoms us to the receiving of our desire. If we "see" it in our imagination first, it's easier to believe in the receiving of it.
If we apply the Creation Equation to the consciousness of prayer it makes sense.
Thoughts + Emotions = Action
First, we must realize we are the consciousness of our Creator. We were created as an expression of the Creator. The Creator is one within us. By our thoughts and intentions we create the world we live in. Does this not mean we have creator abilities?
The Native American Indians preformed the rain dances wearing ceremonial dress which had significant meaning and purpose. Crystals, such as turquoise were used. Turquoise Stones embody an energy for spiritual grounding, or connecting to the earth and nature. Head dresses and ceremonial dress were adorned with sacred geometrical patterns which connect to a sacred vibration. Feathers were used in these dances as they symbolize "gifts from the sky" or another energy pattern.
Many of the dances are done in a zig zag pattern, again following the patterns of sacred geometry.
These danced were preformed to "create" rain. The whole experience was to create the emotion which came with the life giving rain. Emotions are a creating vibration. Rain sticks were also used adding a sensory component, in other words, they could already here the falling rain.
Knowing we are creators, with our Creator within us, we may decide to pray and meditate in a more powerful way.
- Visualize the desired results. (thoughts)
- Affirm what you desire. Use affirmations. (thoughts) ( There is an abundance of rain falling. The crops have enough rain to grow with abundance.)
- Feel the emotion of how it feels to have received your desire (ample rain for an abundant harvest. Even use a rain stick to physically hear the desired results). (emotion)
Circumstances don't matter, state of being matters. State of being, or emotions, are the creative force as they are a vibration. We have the free will to choose our vibration and create our world.
Like attracts like. We are a vibration. In order to attract what we desire we must be at the same vibration. we must have a faith. Visualization helps us to feel the emotion of having already received our desire. Visualization is a precursor to believing, to faith. Right?
Thank you for spending your time here.
We wish you peace,
